A well-established and highly respected precision engineering company is looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their skilled team. The business manufactures high-spec components for demanding industries including motorsport, defence, electronics, and advanced technology.
Quality and precision are at the core of everything they do.
🔧 The Role
You will be responsible for the full machining process, including:
Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
Offline programming using Hypermill
Working from detailed engineering drawings and CAD models
Machining to tight tolerances
Operating YCM mills with Heidenhain controls
Inspecting your own work to ensure high-quality standards
🧠 The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need:
4+ years' experience in precision CNC milling
The ability to programme, set, and run jobs independently
Strong understanding of engineering drawings
A high level of attention to detail and pride in your work
🎁 What's on Offer
£30,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
Overtime opportunities
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm (early finish)
Pension scheme
On-site parking
Stable, long-term opportunity
