CNC Programmer – Hypermill / 5 Axis

Mazco Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Hypermill experience to join a growing and modern precision engineering company based in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled 5 Axis Programmer looking for a long-term position with flexibility, modern machining technology, and the option to work remotely from home for programming duties.

The Role:

* Programming complex 5 Axis CNC machining centres using Hypermill

* Creating and optimising CNC programs for high-precision components

* Working from engineering drawings and CAD models

* Supporting production and improving machining processes

* Collaborating with shop floor teams and engineering departments

* Offline programming with flexibility for remote/home working

Requirements:

* Proven experience programming CNC machines using Hypermill

* Strong knowledge of 5 Axis machining

* Experience within precision engineering environments

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* CAD/CAM experience

* Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills

Package:

* Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience

* Day shift position
