Are you an experienced CNC Setter/Operator looking for a stable, long-term role with a great work-life balance? We’re recruiting for a skilled individual to join a well-established manufacturing company in Wolverhampton, offering a permanent day shift position and an early finish every Friday.
What’s on offer:
* Competitive salary: £30,000 – £34,000 (depending on experience)
* Day shifts with an early Friday finish
* Overtime available at time and a half

The role:
You’ll be responsible for setting and operating CNC machines, ensuring high-quality production standards are met while maintaining efficiency and precision. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident working independently and as part of a team.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience setting and operating Mazak CNC machinery
* Strong knowledge of Mazatrol controls (essential)
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented approach
