Location: Bradford
Salary: £17.60 per hour
Metalis are working with a leading manufacturer in Bradford, who are looking for a CNC Technician (Grinding) to join their team.
Job Duties:
Operate manual surface grinding machines and semi-automatic grinding equipment to manufacture high-precision components to exact specifications
Measure and inspect components throughout production to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with quality standards
Complete production documentation and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Perform minor machine maintenance and ensure equipment remains in safe, efficient working condition
Maintain high standards of housekeeping while adhering to all health, safety, PPE and workplace regulations
Work independently and collaboratively with supervisors and production colleagues to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines
Support continuous production by contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the grinding department and developing CNC grinding skills where required
Job Requirements:
CNC and Manual Grinding experience
Apprentice trained or 5 years+ experience
Experience within a precision engineering environment
Salary & Shift:
£17.60 per hour
Monday to Thursday, 7:45am - 4:30pm & Friday, 7:45am - 12:45pm
