Location: Banstead, Surrey

Salary: £55,000–£65,000 DOE + Performance Bonus + Company Car & Fuel Card

Are you an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager looking for your next opportunity in Surrey? We are recruiting for a growing and well-established electrical contractor seeking a commercially focused professional to oversee the financial and contractual performance of multiple electrical construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager, Contracts Manager, or experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to progress within a successful and expanding business. You'll play a key role in managing commercial performance, reducing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered profitably.

Commercial Contracts Manager Responsibilities;

* Manage the commercial delivery of multiple electrical and construction contracts.

* Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost control.

* Prepare and manage valuations, variations, and final accounts.

* Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.

* Negotiate and administer JCT and NEC contracts.

* Work closely with clients, subcontractors, project managers, and senior management.

* Maximise project profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.

* Support successful project delivery across multiple sites.

Commercial Contracts Manager Requirements;

Proven experience as a Commercial Contracts Manager, Commercial Manager, Contracts Manager, or similar commercial role.

Experience within the electrical, M&E, building services, or construction sector.

Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.

Excellent commercial awareness and financial management skills.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A full UK driving licence.
