The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Broker who wants genuine autonomy and the space to perform. You’ll handle incoming opportunities, build your own routes to market, and act as a trusted advisor to SMEs needing funding.
This role is fully remote from anywhere in the UK. Results matter more than postcode.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Supporting clients with clear, tailored business finance solutions
* Structuring deals that are competitive, compliant, and make commercial sense
* Managing relationships across lenders, suppliers, and repeat clients
* Handling the full lifecycle from enquiry → proposal → completion
* Keeping everything FCA-compliant and clean
* Developing and owning your own pipeline
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years’ experience in commercial/business finance brokerage
* Someone with a route to market or proven new business ability
* Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
* Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
