We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across M&E works. This role focuses on protecting margin, controlling risk, and supporting delivery teams while contributing to the wider growth of the business.
What you’ll be doing
Overseeing the commercial performance of M&E projects and contracts
Managing budgets, forecasts, cost control, and financial reporting
Leading commercial negotiations with clients and supply chain partners
Supporting tenders and bids with pricing, risk, and commercial input
Providing clear commercial insight to senior management
Ensuring contracts, processes, and governance are followed correctly
Managing and developing the commercial team
Working closely with operational teams to improve outcomes
What we’re looking for
Background in M&E or building services
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
Strong experience managing commercial performance and risk
Confident negotiator with solid financial awareness
Comfortable leading people and working at a senior level
