Paying: Up to £38k w/ Van and Fuel Card + Optional Call Out & Overtime
Job Type: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a reputable contractor. The role will focus primarily on commercial plumbing works, with water hygiene and Legionella-related duties forming part of the position.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, repair and modify hot and cold water pipework and systems.
* Diagnose and repair plumbing faults and leaks.
* Install and replace taps, valves, pumps, toilets, cylinders and other plumbing components.
* Carry out minor installations, alterations and remedial works.
* Inspect and maintain tanks, calorifiers and TMVs where required.
* Complete accurate job sheets, service reports and system records.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a commercial or maintenance plumber.
* Strong knowledge of commercial hot and cold water systems.
* Experience with pipework installation, repairs and modifications.
* Previous water hygiene experience preferred.
* Knowledge of Legionella control, ACOP L8 and HSG 274 is an advantage.
* Full UK driving licence
