Construction Planner
You will be responsible for working on varied construction projects across the region, contributing to the successful planning and delivery of high-quality developments. You will produce, manage and monitor project programmes to ensure timely delivery.
Key Duties:
* Using industry-standard planning software you will prepare detailed construction programmes.
* Develop pre-construction and tender programmes.
* Liaise with the project teams, subcontractors and suppliers regarding the programme’s requirements.
* Assist with resource planning.
* Product written methodology to describe the construction of the project to add into bid documentation.
* Produce drawings on the project build.
Previous Skills & Experience:
* Experience as a Planner within the construction industry.
* Previous experience working with planning software.
* Qualification in Construction Management, Civil engineering or related study would be beneficial.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, arrangements and processes.
* Knowledge of NEC and JCT contract forms.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to interpret drawings and contract documentation
