The Role
As Contract Manager, you will take ownership of key contracts, ensuring strong financial performance while maintaining excellent client relationships. You will play a critical role in driving profitability and operational success across the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Full P&L responsibility for contracts/business areas
Financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Leading contract performance reviews and identifying improvement opportunities
Working closely with operational teams to deliver high-quality service
Supporting business growth through commercial insight and decision-making Requirements
Proven experience in a Contract Manager role
Strong understanding of finance and commercial performance
Demonstrable experience managing P&L
A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
A team player who is supportive, approachable, and collaborative
