Building Services Technical Engineering

£70,000 + £5,000 Travel + Bonus
An experienced Contract Manager is required to oversee the delivery of technical facilities management services across a multi-site portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery, contractual compliance, operational performance, and client satisfaction across a range of mechanical, electrical, and building services disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services.
* Lead and coordinate operational teams, specialist contractors, and supply chain partners.
* Ensure service delivery meets agreed performance targets and contractual obligations.
* Monitor contract performance, financial outcomes, and operational efficiencies.
* Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for added value.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, statutory obligations, and company procedures.
* Review and monitor asset management, maintenance programmes, and service reporting.
* Support the development, coaching, and performance management of operational teams.
* Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure works are delivered to the required standards.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in Contract Management within Facilities Management or Building Services.
* Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Experience managing service delivery across operational environments.
* Good knowledge of statutory compliance, building services legislation, and maintenance best practice.
* Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
* Experience using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced service environment.
Desirable
* Technical qualification or engineering background.
* Experience within hard FM environments.
* Professional facilities management or engineering qualifications
