Your responsibilities
Support WTG TSA / SMA and lead tender for O&M Service Provider
Preparation, negotiating and implementation of various contracts such as FIDIC, BIMCO, IMCA, BGB based ones.
Provide input into contractual and commercial tender evaluations
Drive commercial solutions and lead negotiations with international counterparties
Prepare due date calendar and anti-claims prevention strategy
Liaise between the project's legal and technical advisors and identify and solve interfaces
Contribute to other packages and workstreams as well as lead on smaller offshore wind development contracts and procurement and implementation (eg environmental studies)
Contributing to and leading management presentations
Working closely with Project Management and external package managers
Requirement
Post-graduate university degree with above-average results.
Min. 5 years' project or contract management experience in the renewable energy sector.
Experience in Offshore Wind development and/or construction and/or operations.Experience in offshore wind contract negotiations (WTG, foundations, cables, T&I and/or supply)
