Location: Remote but must be able to travel to Doncaster/Leeds for training and to collect equipment
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £14.40ph paid weekly PAYE
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term

Duties
The Contract Support provides administrative support to the maintenance and asset teams by processing planned maintenance and asset related changes within the CAFM system. The role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and backlog reduction, ensuring maintenance data remains reliable and up to date. This is a system and data administration role and does not involve technical, statutory, or compliance decision-making.

Accurately process planned maintenance changes within CAFM
Support clearance of operational CAFM and PPM backlogs
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and consistency
Support asset-related maintenance updates as instructed
Enable efficient day-to-day CAFM operation
Process approved changes to planned preventative maintenance (PPM) records
Update PPM schedules, dates, and asset links as instructed
Apply corrections to maintenance records where errors are identified
Carry out routine data entry and updates within the CAFM system
Ensure mandatory fields and references are completed correctly
Person Specification

Experience in an administrative role within facilities or maintenance environments
Hands-on experience using a CAFM or CMMS system
Experience handling structured data or system records
