Contracts Manager - Ground Improvement
Job Description as below:-
* The principal objective of this role is to manage key (more complex and strategically important) Ground Improvement and Ground Engineering projects for our client
* Candidate will have previous experience working for a Geotechnical Contractor (5 years or more).
* Ideally a qualified engineer having achieved or working towards chartership (CEng).
* Experience of some (if not all) of the following products is desirable - Minipiles, Anchors, Permeation Grouting, Rock Grouting, Jet Grouting, Slurry Walls, Compaction Grouting
* Willing and able to travel around the country either visiting projects or some residential stays on more complex projects as acting contracts manager
* Success for thre Ground Improvement contracts manager, will ultimately be measured by the performance of the contracts through:
* Safety record of the contract.
* Bottom line profitability of the contract.
* Customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.
* Employee recruitment, development, retention, and satisfaction.
* Innovation.
Other benefits:-
* Salary will depend on the individual and experience but in the band of £65 to £85k
* Company car or car allowance will be available – band to be negotiated pending experience.
