Conveyancer

I am currently working with a Leading, Modern and Flexible Law Firm who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Cilex to join their growing team in Macclesfield.

Conveyancer Primary responsibilities include:

* Manage your own case load of residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) and all associated procedures

* To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis

* Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders

* Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work

* To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision

Required expereince for the Conveyancer:

* 2 years conveyancing experience

* You will be an established Fee Earner or Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)

* Ability to manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters

* Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a dedication to your career

* Ambitious, driven, and personable!

Macclesfield based
