The Role

Requirements
Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant within a secondary school
Strong knowledge and understanding of core curriculum subjects
Ability to support students with varying learning needs and abilities
A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach
A degree is preferred but not essential for candidates with strong relevant experience
