Apply NowWe are recruiting for our Sheffield Based client looking for a Counter Customer Service assistant on permanent basis.
The role requires a confident approach with good customer service skills. The client is willing to train the right person with any parts of the role they are not familiar with. The client is Ideally looking for someone with a mechanical background that can be trained to fit Batteries.
Role duties:
Dealing with the public over the counter
Answering the phone
Good knowledge of computer software
Dealing with orders
Booking deliveries and orders
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Occasional deliveries
Fitting Batteries when needed
The client would ideally like you to hold a full clean driving license as you may have to do the occasional delivery
The client would also like to train the right person to fit Batteries
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with a Sheffield based company
