Role Overview
Cover Supervisors play a vital role in ensuring classroom continuity, whether on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. Although lesson planning and preparation are not required, excellent communication and strong classroom management skills are essential.
Key Requirements
Possession of a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least six months’ relevant experience
Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
Ability to effectively manage behaviour and maintain student engagement
Flexibility to work across various departments and age groups on a daily basis
