We are currently recruiting skilled and dependable Cover Supervisors to support local secondary schools on a flexible, short-term, and long-term basis.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Manage classrooms during teacher absences
Deliver pre-set work and ensure lesson objectives are met
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
Record attendance and report any concerns
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Minimum 6 months experience working with children in an educational setting
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Confidence in leading a class independently
A working knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
A flexible and adaptable approach to covering various subjects
Availability during standard school hours (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
What We Offer
Weekly PAYE pay (no admin fees or umbrella deductions)
Personal support from a dedicated Secondary Consultant
Flexibility to choose your working days
Experience across a variety of schools and classroom settings
