We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a daily supply basis in a busy secondary school in Leytonstone.

This is a high-demand, fast-paced environment, so we are looking for individuals who can confidently manage behaviour and keep students engaged.

The Role:

Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 & KS4

*

Maintain strong classroom behaviour

*

Ensure students stay on task

*

Follow school policies and procedures

*

Provide end-of-lesson feedback

About You:

Experience working with young people (school, youth work, coaching etc.)

*

Confident managing behaviour in the classroom

*

Strong communication and presence

*

Reliable, adaptable, and proactive

*

Able to work at short notice
