Positions Available: Long-term, short-term, and day-to-day roles
Pay: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)

The Supply Register are seeking dynamic Cover Teachers to join our vibrant team. We welcome individuals with a range of backgrounds, from experienced teachers to those with experience in sports coaching, youth work, or other relevant fields, who are eager to expand their teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students stay on task and complete assigned work.
Maintain classroom behaviour and create a positive, respectful learning environment.
Support students with any questions or difficulties they may have while working on the lesson materials.
Report any concerns or issues back to relevant staff, ensuring effective communication with the teaching team.
Foster an inclusive, engaging, and safe classroom experience for all students.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
Enhanced DBS: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with students, staff, and colleagues.
Behaviour Management: Confidence in managing student behaviour and keeping them engaged.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in different classrooms and subject areas.
Positive Attitude: A proactive approach to supporting students and helping them stay on track with their learning.
