Credit Control Administrator
This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional to gain valuable, hands-on experience within a Credit Control function. You’ll be joining a small, supportive team where you can develop key financial and administrative skills.
As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily financial operations. Your responsibilities will include processing customer payments, manage banking lodgements, and assist with account setup and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Processing and managing branch banking lodgements
Ensuring all funds deposited match system records
Liaising with branches to resolve discrepancies
Posting cash sales payments accurately
Chasing unbanked cash
Producing daily reports
Completing bank reconciliations
Uploading cash from bank downloads
Allocating customer payments
Contacting customers to confirm allocation details
About You
Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling financial data
Good communication skills and confidence liaising with internal teams and customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
Basic working knowledge of Excel
