Customer Senior Advisor (12mth FTC)
This role being key in delivering and ensuring a level of customer experience that exceeds our customers’ expectations when they reach out to our Customer Contact Centre.
To achieve this, your role will include, but not limited to:
• Working with Team Managers, HR, Group Training Manager and others to identify training needs specific to all Customer Care colleagues.
• As a SENIOR CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR (email / letter / telephone / web chat). Therefore not only supporting the team in delivering a first class level of customer service, but in maintaining a live hands on, real understanding, of the role of customer care advisor and the customer experience and delivering that excellent experience first time.
