Customer Service Administrator
Ideally you will come from a good Customer Service or Administrative background and be in a position to start a new role in the next few weeks.
The company are one of the UK's leaders in their respective industry and work closely with some of the countries biggest retail brands such as Asda.
Responsibilities will include:
- Looking after some of the high value (B2B) customers
- Providing quotes and price information
- Process customer orders
- Obtaining Proof of Delivery notes
- Handling customer queries
- Resolving customer issues efficiently
