Customer Service Assistant
Customer Service Assistant responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls from patients and healthcare professionals
* Process orders accurately and efficiently
* Manage and resolve queries related to products, services, and deliveries
* Investigate delays or delivery issues with a solution-focused approach
* Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure all orders are completed on time
