Customer Service Executive

Salary £26,000 – £30,000 depending on level experience, plus bonus scheme, career development plans allowing you to progress and grow within the company.
This role is fully office based.
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with customers by telephone and advising them of the various products available
* Completing applications on behalf of customers, ensuring all key information is recorded with accuracy
* Updating internal systems with sales information
* Producing necessary documentation for new insurance policies
* Maintaining various customer records and handle policy renewals
* Responding to email/telephone enquiries generated from the website
* Performing further business projects upon request of the Sales Operations Manager
Experience required:
* The ability to deliver outstanding customer service
* Experience in financial services is preferred
* Competent in Microsoft Office packages
* Excellent communication/negotiation skills
* The ability to learn processes quickly
