Customer Service
You will be responsible for maintaining contact with their exisiting, high spending customer base (B2B). Duties will include:
- Providing quotes and product information
- Processing customer orders
- Handling queries
- Resolving customer problems efficiently
- Liaising with colleagues across other teams and branches
Ideally you will be available to start at short notice and comfortable working on site full time.
Hours: 8.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
