Customer Services/Admin Assistant Wanted (aka our new booking wizard )

We’re a small, friendly (and genuinely fun) team based in Hampton, and we’re on the lookout for a full-time Customer Services/Admin Assistant to join our conference and events team.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

* Booking hotels and accommodation

* Organising meetings for our lovely corporate clients

* Keeping things ticking along behind the scenes

You don’t need to be a conference superstar or have years of experience under your belt. Hotel or admin experience is a bonus, not a must, we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

What we do care about:

* You’re organised

* You’re friendly, reliable, and not afraid to ask questions

* You’d enjoy working in a small team where everyone knows your name

This role is perfect if you’re looking for something steady and supportive with a team that actually enjoys working together.
