Apply NowAlma Personnel are pleased to announce we are currently working with our Birmingham based client to recruit for a Customer Support candidate who comes from an Estate Agent or Property background.
The ideal candidate will be able to work 4 days per week, 9am-5pm (they could consider full time for the right person).
This company can offer hybrid working - 2 days office/2 days from home.
The main duties of the Customer Support role:-
* Order Processing
* Liaising with customers and clients
* Communicating with local authorities and external suppliers
* Handling and resolving queries
The ideal candidate MUST have:-
* Experience working within a residential conveyancing environment or working within a property search industry
* Good IT skills
* An excellent telephone manner
