DCS Engineers
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute commissioning activities for the Distributed Control System (DCS) and associated automation packages.
Review, validate, and troubleshoot DCS logic, control narratives, cause & effect matrices, and alarm philosophies.
Support loop checks, functional testing, and system integration across process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
Ensure all DCS-related systems meet project specifications, safety requirements, and operational readiness standards.
Provide technical oversight during FAT/SAT, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.
Support the integration of package control systems into the main DCS.
Participate in punch list management, resolution tracking, and handover documentation.
Requirements:
Commissioning, completions, or operational readiness of control systems.
Oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, or large infrastructure projects.
Experience with compressor stations, gas processing, or similar high-integrity process facilities.
Hands-on expertise with major DCS platforms (e.g., Emerson, Honeywell, ABB, Siemens PCS7).
Ability to operate effectively within a multidisciplinary EPC environment.
Strong communication skills and comfort working in an international project setting
