Premier Education are working in partnership with Little Explorers Nursery who are looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join their warm and supportive team in Swinton, with the exciting opportunity to help lead their brand-new Heywood Hall flagship nursery opening in 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is ready to take the next step in leadership and play a key role in developing a brand-new nursery environment.

The Role
As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day leadership of the setting and play an important role in maintaining high standards across the nursery.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery
* Leading, mentoring and inspiring nursery staff
* Ensuring excellent standards of care, learning and safeguarding
* Supporting the implementation of the EYFS framework
* Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Helping to establish and develop our new Heywood Hall flagship nursery
Essential Requirements
* Full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
* Minimum 5 years experience in an Early Years setting
* Leadership or supervisory experience (Room Leader / Senior Practitioner / Deputy)
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
* Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
