What will you do as Digital Growth Manager
* Lead and develop a digital team of two, driving performance and capability
* Create and deliver growth strategies aligned to client commercial goals and budgets
* Monitor performance and continuously optimise strategies based on data and results
* Ensure SEO activity is fully integrated with paid media and conversion strategies
* Maintain high quality control, ensuring all outputs are structured and aligned to best practice
* Manage clear, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders
What will you need to be the Digital Growth Manager
* Calm, focused and results-driven approach to delivering objectives
* Proven experience leading or supervising marketing teams
* Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Paid Social and SEO
* Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with clients and senior stakeholders
* Commercially astute with a clear focus on ROI and performance outcomes
