As Director of Sales in Cambridge, you'll lead from the front to drive performance and results:
Oversee daily sales operations to maximise revenue and client satisfaction
Generate leads, attend meetings, negotiate contracts, and represent the business at trade shows
Monitor corporate accounts and address any performance declines
Manage RFPs across corporate and consortia segments
Analyse GDS reports to strengthen meetings and conference business
Produce performance reports for senior leadership
Support pricing strategy and forecasting with the wider team
Collaborate closely with the revenue function to optimise ratesWhat we're looking for:

Proven experience in a senior sales role within hospitality
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
Experience managing corporate accounts and driving revenue growth
