Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 + Bonus Scheme
Hybrid Working | Full Time or Part Time (4 Days Available)
Monday to Friday | No Nights | No Weekends | No Bank Holidays

We are recruiting registered healthcare professionals to join a leading provider of functional health assessments on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Full training is provided and previous assessor experience is not required.
Salary & Benefits Depending on the assessment service assigned, successful candidates will receive:
PIP Assessment Service
£40,000 - £42,000 salary
£1,000 retention bonus after 6 months (subject to performance)
£1,000 retention bonus after 12 months (subject to performance) WCA Assessment Service
£42,000 - £43,000 salary
£1,000 retention bonus after 12 months (subject to performance) Additional Benefits:
ONE OFF 5% quality bonus following successful completion of training
Additional £2000 when you begin face to face assessments - Usually within the first 6 months.
Quarterly bonus scheme after 12 months, with the opportunity to earn up to 2.5% bonus per quarter. Both roles include:

Conduct functional health assessments for individuals claiming DWP benefits
Review medical evidence and supporting documentation
Assess how health conditions impact daily living and functional ability
Produce clear, accurate and evidence-based reports
Apply clinical judgement in line with quality and regulatory standards Requirements
Current NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
Minimum 1 year post-registration experience
Adult clinical experience
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Good IT skills Applications are welcomed from:
