What you’ll do:

Lead, inspire, and grow a dedicated care team.

Ensure every service meets and exceeds CQC standards.

Take ownership of day-to-day operations while championing person-centred care.
Who we’re looking for:

Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or actively working towards it)
*
3+ years’ experience managing domiciliary care services
*
Deep knowledge of CQC requirements and leadership best practices
*
Leadership that motivates, develops, and empowers teams
*
Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
