About the Role
We are looking for reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Carers to join our team supporting clients in their own homes across Chelmsford. This is a flexible, ADHOC role ideal for carers seeking a variety of shifts and the opportunity to make a real difference in the community.
As a domiciliary carer, you will provide essential, person-centred care to individuals, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their day-to-day lives.
Key Responsibilities
*
Provide high-quality personal care and support in clients’ homes
*
Assist with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation
*
Support with medication where required
*
Offer companionship and emotional support
*
Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns
*
Travel between client homes as part of a door-to-door service
Requirements
*
Minimum 6 months UK care experience
*
A caring, reliable, and professional approach
*
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, and long days
*
Good communication and time management skills
Essential Criteria
*
Drivers preferred due to the nature of the role (door-to-door service)
*
Non-drivers will be considered, but must:
*
Live locally to Chelmsford or
*
Be willing and able to use their own transport arrangements reliably
