No two days are the same in this role – you’ll be out on the road, getting stuck into a variety of drainage jobs and making a real difference for our customers.

Clearing, cleaning, repairing and maintaining drainage systems
*
Operating high-pressure water jetting equipment safely and confidently
*
Carrying out CCTV surveys to diagnose issues
*
Delivering top-notch customer service alongside solid technical know-how
*
Logging job details accurately using our systems and apps
*
Communicating clearly with customers and our support team to keep everything running smoothly
*
Taking part in an on-call rota (roughly 1 week in 4) to help us provide a 24/7 service
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone hands-on, reliable, and ready to get involved in a growing business.

Experience in high-pressure water jetting or CCTV surveying is a bonus (full training provided for the right person)
*
Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
*
A positive, flexible, can-do attitude
*
Keen to be part of a forward-thinking, expanding team
*
Willingness to work some unsociable hours when needed
*
Full UK driving licence
