Dynamic 365 Consultant
£440 - £580 per day(negotiable depending on experience)
Hybrid working available – 2 days in the office
6 months initial contract – likely to be extended
Job Responsibilities:
* Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Contact Centre
* Case routing, queues, work streams, agent experience
* Omnichannel configuration (voice, chat, messaging)
* Monitoring & troubleshooting
* Security & compliance awareness
* Solution design
* Azure Communication Services (ACS)
You must have:
* You must have previous experience of working as a Dynamic 365 Consultant
* Experience of working directly within a local authority is essential
