About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and progress.
Assist with classroom management and preparation of resources.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
Provide additional support for students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
Requirements:
✅ Level 2 or above qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
✅ Previous experience working in a school setting is a necessity.
✅ A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✅ A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
