Early Years Educator

Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator to join a vibrant early year’s setting. This role involves supporting the development, learning, and wellbeing of children aged 2–5 years through engaging, play-based experiences in line with the EYFS framework. You will be part of a dedicated and supportive team where your knowledge and creativity are valued. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)

* Support children aged 2–5 with their learning, development, and wellbeing

* Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families

* Observe, assess, and track children’s progress using developmental records

* Plan activities that promote school readiness and early learning goals

* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating nursery environment

* Work as part of a supportive early year’s team

* Always follow safeguarding and child protection procedures

Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education (or full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification)

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursery or childcare setting

* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development

* Experience as an Early Years Educator or EYFS Teacher

* Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain one)

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
