Electrical Engineer - Domestic
The Electrical Engineer - Domestic will:
Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties.
Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and system upgrades.
Work in full compliance with BS 7671 and all relevant electrical safety standards.
Provide a high‑quality, customer‑focused service to residents.
Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation for all completed work.
Ensure safe working practices and adherence to health & safety procedures at all times.
The Electrical Engineer - Domestic will have:
City & Guilds Level 2 / Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification (essential).
Experience in domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing, preferably within social housing.
AM2 qualification.
Strong understanding of electrical safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
A professional, reliable approach with strong fault‑finding and customer‑service skills.
