Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:
Deliver planned preventative (PPM) and reactive maintenance across, distribution boards, lighting controls, emergency lighting, and fire systems.
Maintain and monitor mechanical systems, including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, chillers, boilers, pressurisation units, and water treatment equipment.
Assist in the routine testing of critical backup systems, including UPS units, standby diesel generators, and ATS panels.
Rapidly diagnose mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime across the building.
Use the Building Management System (BMS) to track plant performance, troubleshoot tenant temperature requests, and optimise energy efficiency.
Oversee specialist M&E contractors (HVAC, chiller, elevator, HV specialists), ensuring strict adherence to RAMS and safety standards.
Requirements
Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
