At Liberty, we deliver high-quality, customer-focused services that improve homes and communities. As our renewables division continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to help lead our teams and ensure the highest standards across all projects.

The Role

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing electrical works across installations, maintenance and repairs, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard.

You’ll lead and support a team of operatives and subcontractors, manage site activity, and play a key role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise electrical operatives, subcontractors and site activity

Ensure all work complies with NICEIC, MCS and relevant electrical regulations

Carry out site inspections, audits and quality checks

Provide technical guidance and support across electrical projects

Monitor health & safety, implementing safe systems of work

Review and validate electrical certification and documentation

Plan and coordinate materials, labour and resources to maximise efficiency

Liaise with customers, clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

Track performance, manage workloads and support continuous improvement

Maintain accurate records, reports and compliance documentation

About You

You’ll be a confident supervisor with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant work.

Essential

Recognised electrical apprenticeship and relevant trade qualifications

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)

City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent inspection & testing)

Experience supervising electrical works within domestic maintenance or similar environments

Strong knowledge of electrical compliance, safety standards and regulations

Ability to lead teams and manage site operations effectively

Full UK driving licence

Desirable

Experience within social housing or renewables sectors

ECS Gold Card

SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH certification

Experience with solar PV or renewables installations
