Electrical Supervisor

At Dornan we are currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to work on a pharma project in Limerick area.

Dornan is currently recruiting an experienced electrical supervisor to join our team delivering the major project in the region. This role sits within our electrical supervision team supporting one of the largest advanced manufacturing builds in the region.

Your day to day will include:

Support daily project execution across {MEP/construction/commissioning} workstreams

Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and client teams

Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications

Assist with planning, documentation, and reporting

Resolve onsite issues promptly to maintain project momentum

Promote and uphold Dornan's safety-first culture

Support continuous improvement across project delivery

What we are looking for:

{Relevant qualification – degree/diploma in engineering, construction, QS, H&S, etc.}

Proven experience in {MEP installation / large-scale pharma / commissioning / etc.}

Strong understanding of construction and technical processes

Excellent communication and coordination skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, milestone-driven environment

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
