Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Electrical Technicians to join a high-reliability manufacturing environment based full-time onsite in Poole. This role will focus on the assembly of electrical cable harnesses and associated components to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manufacture and assemble cable harnesses and wiring looms

* Perform lacing, soldering, and crimping to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards

* Work from engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and build instructions

* Carry out inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards

* Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

* Adhere to ESD and health & safety procedures

Essential Experience & Skills

* Proven experience in:

* Harness lacing

* Precision soldering

* Contact crimping

* Strong working knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards

* Experience working in high-reliability industries (defence, aerospace, rail, etc.)

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Comfortable working full-time onsite
