Manufacture high-complexity electromechanical products for marine radar navigation systems.

The role involves assembly, rework, and testing of electromechanical radar equipment, working to defined procedures and supporting continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities - Electromechanical Technician

Assemble, test, and rework electromechanical and PCB-based equipment to a high quality standard
Work from engineering drawings, procedures, schematics, and change documentation
Perform soldering, wiring, crimping, drilling, and mechanical rework using hand tools and equipment
Inspect own work and support troubleshooting and defect resolution
Raise defect reports and support root cause investigations
Use business systems to input, retrieve, and manage production data
Support creation and improvement of SOPs and lean manufacturing activities (5S)
Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and housekeeping
Work effectively within a team and support continuous improvement

Requirements - Electromechanical Technician

Minimum 2 years' experience in engineering or manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
