Key duties
* Assist with the creation and scheduling of email campaigns to candidates and clients.
* Support the management and segmentation of marketing databases to ensure communications are targeted and effective.
* Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.
* Help maintain the accuracy and quality of contact data within CRM and marketing systems.
* Assist with creating engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and call-to-actions.
* Produce regular reports on campaign performance and recommend areas for improvement.
Candidate requirements
* Strong written communication skills and a good eye for detail.
* An interest in digital marketing, email campaigns, and customer engagement.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
