We are currently recruiting a reliable emergancy light Flick Tester to work across South London, covering all SE and SW postcodes on a social housing contract.
Role: Flick Tester
Location: South London – all SE and SW postcodes
Pay: £150 per day
Days/ Time: Monday - Friday, 8-5
Contract: Ongoing work
Vehicle: Own car required
Parking: Parking costs reimbursed
Duties and Responsibilities
* Carry out emergancy light flick testing across social housing communal areas
* Travel between properties throughout the allocated SE and SW postcode areas.
* Complete testing in line with the required procedures
* Accurately record results and report any faults or issues identified.
* Manage daily appointments and complete allocated work within agreed timescales.
Requirements
* Own car
* Ability to travel across all SE and SW London postcodes.
* Reliable, punctual and organised.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Previous emergancy light flick testing or relevant property maintenance experience preferred.
