* Provide expert clinical care for patients across the age spectrum presenting with urgent and emergency care needs.

* Undertake advanced clinical procedures including wound management, fracture care and emergency interventions within scope of practice.

* Lead shifts within the Urgent Treatment Centre, ensuring safe patient flow and effective service delivery.

* Act as a clinical resource for colleagues, providing mentorship, supervision and support to trainee practitioners.

* Collaborate with NHS 111, Ambulance Services, Primary Care, Community Services and wider multidisciplinary teams.

* Participate in clinical governance, audit, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

* Maintain accurate clinical documentation, discharge summaries and professional standards of practice.

Essential Requirements

* Current NMC or HCPC registration.

* Qualified autonomous Emergency Nurse Practitioner, Emergency Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner with significant urgent/emergency care experience.

* Minimum of 4 years' post-registration clinical experience, including experience within Emergency, Urgent Care, Acute Care or related settings.

* Demonstrable experience managing minor illness and minor injury presentations autonomously.

* Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning and decision-making skills.

* Proven leadership capability with experience supervising, mentoring or supporting junior colleagues.

* Ability to work confidently as an autonomous practitioner within a fast-paced and demanding urgent care environment.
