Anderson Knight is recruiting an ER Adviser to join a well-established organisation in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a wider HR team, delivering a proactive HR service with a strong focus on Employee Relations. The role is fully onsite and ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The Role

As Employee Relations Adviser, you will support the business by managing a wide range of employee relations matters and providing expert, pragmatic advice to line managers. You will play a key role in ensuring HR best practice and consistency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing a high volume of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance issues

* Advising managers on HR policies, procedures, and UK employment law

* Supporting investigations, hearings, and appeals

* Ensuring fair and consistent application of HR processes

* Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

* Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance

About You

* Proven experience in an HR Advisory role with strong ER focus

* Confident handling a busy and varied caseload

* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Able to work onsite full time in a fast-paced environment

* CIPD qualified or working towards (desirable)
